Caleta Support
Caleta is a camera and editor for iPhone with its own colors, and it processes your photos on the device. You can shoot, adjust intensity, and turn each image into a card or collage to save or share.
Where are my photos?
The Caleta roll lives in the app's local storage on your iPhone; we do not upload your photos to CÓDIGO 19 servers or provide syncing or our own cloud backup. Saving to Photos or using Share creates a copy outside Caleta. Save anything you want to keep there before deleting a photo or the app: the local roll has no trash, and we cannot recover it.
What does Caleta+ include?
Caleta+ unlocks every color in the catalog, grouped into palettes by medium; the Cobalt, Palma, Cal, Coral and Black color papers; three pastel themes with their alternate icons; importing from Photos; and saving or sharing the processed photo without a template. Sol, Cruz, and Luna, the camera, editor, cards, and collages remain free, together with Bone paper and the Brisa theme.
How do I cancel or restore a purchase?
Apple handles payments. If you have the annual plan, you can cancel the subscription from your Apple account. The lifetime purchase does not renew. To recover access Apple has already confirmed for your account, open Caleta and tap Settings → Caleta+ → Restore Purchases; this does not recover deleted photos. If you need a refund, use Apple's help to request a refund.
